Hello Everyone
Boy its March already ....How time is flying by... Can you believe it is only two months until we go on our Retreat to Brookfield. We are looking forward to the weekend & thanks to everyone who has booked in. Unfortunately we are now fully booked but the great news is we still have vacancies for our Day Pass.
Time: 9am – late
Date 15th of May 2010
Cost : $120 for the day which includes :
# 1 x Goodies Bag
# 1 x workshop
# Lots of fun, makes & takes
# Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner & Supper.
If you would like to join us for the day give us a call ASAP to reserve your spot as places are limited !
A $50 deposit is required on booking your place.
Beginners Classes
We have been inundated with requests for beginner’s classes for cards and scrapbooking. We are listening and we have incorporated them into our calendar.
# Card Makers
Be inspired to create your very own hand made & personal cards. We offer new techniques for beginners. Every Monday morning you will make and take 2 cards home. The cost of this class is $12.00 ( unless it is a specialty card) this will include all materials for the class. Bring your own tools and adhesives to use. Tea and coffee will be provided.
# Scrapbookers
Stuck for ideas? Don’t know where to start? Or just need to refresh!! Come in and do a beginners class or how I like to put it “ Inspirational class”! The cost of this class is $10 + Products. You will learn new techniques each month so you can create different ways if capturing your memories forever! Let us show you where to start and inspire you!!!!
Mum’s & Bub’s Day
Stuck at home with your baby? Love to scrap but need inspiration and an adult conversation with likeminded mummies? We have the solution sorted... Only if your baby is not mobile, and is in a pram (for safety reasons).
We have six places available one Friday per month in the morning from 9.30am-12.30pm.
This is a free scrap morning; you will need to bring your own projects to work on, being mindful of space restrictions with prams and gear. Please check calendar for dates.
“Stardust” Gelly Roll Class
Calling all people who own a set of Gelly Roll pens ( set of 14) . We are having a techniques class to learn how to maximize the use of these amazing pens. This is not a Card Class. You will only be shown the art of blending used on Velum. This can be used in your scrapbooking and card making for a stunning effect. You will receive extra hints on how to get the most out of this product. A must for anyone who has these pens!!!! The cost of this is $7.00 with some materials supplied ( NO PENS to share) This class will be held on Tuesday 16th of March - 9.30 – 11.30am.
Layouts and Inspiration
This month at Fancy That we are focusing on Eyelets and the “NEW” ITOP”.. From Imaginesce!
Our layouts have reflected the use of these items and we will be able to show you how to incorporate them on your page. I personally love the “ITop” and I know you will too.. You can do so much with it. Come on in and we can show you how it works.
We have two “Off the Page” Projects this month. One is our “decorative tin”. These makes an ideal gift for family, friends or for your young one to store special items in
The second project we are doing in a “Kaiser Journal”. This is just stunning. It’s a good time to start making your Mother’s day projects and we have got plenty of inspirational ideas that you can make as Mothers day presents for your mum, mother in law , Grandma Nanna or someone special Or even lovely gift ideas for your family & Friends. In April we are doing the “Kaiser Storage Drawers” as an Off the Page project. This will be on Saturday the 10th of April. This storage draw system is stunning, we have an example in store for you to check out, so if your interested in doing this please book in early as this class is booking up already!
On another note we have just been informed that Kaiser will no longer be producing their Quarterly magazine, but the good news is that they will be
bringing back the Free Kaiser Workshop booklets. We just love these.. so in one way we are excited. We will still be stocking all the new Kaiser
products and the next release is due in store very shortly.

Hello Everyone
Well it’s February already and we are set to inspire this month at“ Fancy That”. This month we are focusing on Romance being the month for Valentine’s Day. Our Layouts, Cards and off the page projects are just stunning . If you ever wanted to scrap your favourite loved one this is the month to do it. Our Wedding Layouts are brilliant so come on in and check them out. They are all on our board at the front of the store.
We have so many new products in store – Imaginesce, Bo Bunny, Inkadinkadoo, Basic Grey, Making Memories to name a few. The ranges are so cute! Do Crafts magazine is due in store on Monday so it will ready to purchase, all going well, after Tuesday. Along with the book, all the products will be ready and available for purchase by then as well. The New Kaiser products will be in store by next Wednesday, two stunning ranges and “off the page” projects along with the Q3 Magazine. So the shop is now filling up after the Christmas rush.
New Kits are available in store now! They are fully instructed so it’s easy for you to follow the directions and produce your own piece of art work. This month’s challenge packs are value packed. So come on in and check them out as well. There is still two different Challenges, so we can’t wait to see what you come up with!
We are excited to announce that Heidi, (our Kit creator) has just given birth to her second child Cooper! Congratulations Heidi he is just beautiful. Or should I say Handsome.. !!
Changes to Rewards Cards
Just to let you know from December onwards if you have a rewards card that is full you can only use one(1) at any one time or day!
